Promiseland, Downham

If you are looking for something different to do with your unit,  then read on. 
 
Promiseland is a 4 acre campsite located at the end of a quiet lane surrounded by fields in Downham. Ideal for the girls to have outdoor fun either at their usual meeting time or at a weekend.  Why not have a joint unit meeting with possibly a challenge theme? Provided onsite is a games chest, with lots of different activities, also a parachute and cook out facilities, with all the necessary utensils, billies etc. There are 2 purpose built altar fires plus a large camp fire. There is also running water, electricity, and a serviced toilet. If you are feeling a bit more adventurous you could have a sleepover, or a few days camp. Maybe your unit has a special occasion e.g. unit birthday, to celebrate? Promisleand is ideal for this.

Cost; £5 non returnable deposit which also confirms your booking. This is all you pay if using the site for a meeting or a day. Overnight cost is charged £1 per girl per night.
